GAINESVILLE, Fla. –  The 2024 Florida High School Girls Basketball State Tournament brackets have been released, and opening round matchups are now set. Regional tournament action will begin this Wednesday, Feb 14^th for all seven classifications. For over three decades, the final four advancing teams in each classification will descend on City of Lakeland and the RP Funding Center to compete in the state championship event. The state semifinal and championship games are scheduled to take place February 27–March 2 in Classes 1A-4A and March 6-9 for Classes 5A-7A.
