2024 Track & Field State Championships: Know Before You Go

To be held at Visit Jax Track at Hodges Stadium in Jacksonville

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – In partnership with the University of North Florida, the Florida High School Track & Field State Championships will once again return to Visit Jax Track and the University of North Florida’s campus in Jacksonville. Set as a single day event for each classification, competition will commence on Wednesday with Class 1A, continue Thursday and Friday with Classes 2A & 3A respectively, and conclude on Saturday with Class 4A & Para-Athlete Division. 

Each athlete making its way to Jacksonville this weekend became eligible to compete in their respective event(s) after qualifying and advancing throughout the District and Regional rounds that have taken place over the last few weeks. In addition to crowning individual state champions by classification and for each event, overall team championships will be awarded in each classification as well.

Tickets are currently on sale and available through the University of North Florida Athletics Ticket Office for an advanced purchase rate of $14.00 per day, and a day of price of $17.00. A $3.00 parking fee is already included in each ticket of admission, so there are no onsite parking sales.
