GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The 2026 Florida High School Athletic Association baseball season will commence on Monday, January 12^th with the first official practice/tryout date, however approved arm care conditioning programs may begin on Monday, January 5^th. The road to a state championship in Fort Myers will get underway with the first regular season games allowed to begin on Monday, February 9^th. The last allowable regular season game must be concluded by Saturday, April 11^th. All post-season dates, as well as important information about the sport of baseball can be found below.

Regional Tournaments

• Quarterfinals: April 25^th   for Classes 1A-3A
• Quarterfinals: April 24^th   for Classes 4A-7A
• Semifinals*: May 1st  & 2nd for All Classes, best of three series
• Finals*: May 8^th & 9^th for All Classes, best of three series

*For best of three series, if necessary third game to follow as part of a double-header after the second game concludes
