GAINESVILLE, Fla. – In partnership with
Collier County Public Schools for the fifth year in a row, the 2026 Florida High School Lacrosse State Championships will take place Thursday through Saturday, at
Paradise Coast Sports Complex in Naples.
Built within a final four style format, this three-day championship lacrosse event will consist of semifinal and championship title games in both genders. Thursday will be all the boy’s semifinal games, while Friday the girls will take to the field in attempt to qualify for their respective championship games on Saturday. All games will take place at the complex on the Stadium Field.
Of note for the weekend’s competing teams, all four of the 2025 state championship teams will be returning to Naples in defense of their titles. On the boy’s side, Benjamin (Palm Beach Gardens) returns in Class 1A after claiming their second straight championship, while St. Thomas Aquinas (Fort Lauderdale) in Class 2A looks to add a fifth overall title to its trophy case. On the girls side, in Class 1A, Lake Highland Prep (Orlando) will be seeking a fourth overall championship, while Plant (Tampa) of Class 2A, will attempt to go back-to-back and claim their second girls lacrosse championship in school history.
