Officials Registration set to open July 14, 2026
The FHSAA is set to begin accepting registrations for the 2026-2027 season starting July 14th. Registration will take place through the FHSAA Central Hub in Arbiter.

Registration Fees
Registration fees for the 2026-27 school year are as follows:
- The fee to officiate one sport is $70—this appears in the system as a $15 registration fee and a $55 sport fee
- Officials will receive a rulebook, casebook (if applicable), and subscription to NFHS Network.
- Each additional sport will be an additional $55.
- The $55 registration fee for each additional sport after the first sport is available only to those individuals who register for more than one sport during the same school year.
Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Early Registration Discount
To qualify for an early registration fee discount applications must be finalized by the designated deadlines. After the early deadline for all sports the registration fee will increase by $10.

Late Registration
After each sport’s registration deadline, a brief three-day late registration period will open. During this period, the fee increases by $30 per sport.
It is highly recommended that you use Google Chrome or Firefox as your web browser during the registration process.

The Boys & Girls Lacrosse exam will be offered during a single test window, which closes on February 21. Please review the USA Lacrosse instructions that were emailed to you directly.
The Track & Field exam will be offered during a single testing window, which closes on February 21.
- Rules exams have no time limit
- No make-up exam offered.
- Officials can save and exit the exam as many times as necessary. Once the “submit exam” button is clicked your test will be graded and your one (1) attempt is completed.
- Exams that are incomplete once the deadline passes will not be graded.
- Failure to receive 75% or higher will result in being eligible for Sub-Varsity assignments only.
- Individuals who complete their exam during the first window and meet all other requirements will be eligible for post season assignments.
- After the first exam window all officials who did not complete the exam will become ineligible. However, an official can regain their 26-27 eligibility back by completing the exam during the second or third exam window. Please note the official will not be eligible for postseason games after the District Tournament.
- Each official has one (1) attempt. The second and third windows are not makeup opportunities for those who did not pass a previous attempt.
