2021 Flag Football State Championships: Know Before You Go

To be held at Mandarin High School in Jacksonville

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – In partnership with Mandarin High School, the 2021 Florida High School Flag Football State Championships will take place this weekend in Jacksonville. Built within a final four style format, this two-day championship event will consist of both semifinal and championship title games in both classifications. To qualify for their respective state championship games on Saturday, teams will compete in a semifinal matchup on Friday.
 
Of the weekend’s competing teams, Robinson (Tampa) will be back to defend their four straight titles from 2016-2019 (2020 event was cancelled) in Class 1A and will be vying for a state record leading 6th championship overall. Seminole Ridge (Loxahatchee) will also be seeking a 6th team title overall in the sport, but will do so in Class 2A.
 
Tickets are currently on sale, with no onsite ticket sales taking place. All tickets are available through GoFan for an advanced purchase rate of $10.00 per day, and a day of price of $13.00. Also included in each ticket of admission is a $2.00 advanced parking fee, with all proceeds being retained by the event host.   • Class 2A: Alonso (Tampa) (2019 champion)
  • Class 1A: Robinson (Tampa) (2019 champion)

COVID-19 Facility Considerations: 
No onsite ticket sales will be taking place. Due to COVID-19, face coverings will be required for non-active participants and all spectators while inside the venue and all spectators will be required to physically distance.
