GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The 2025-26 Florida High School Athletic Association competitive cheerleading season will commence on Monday, September 29^th with the first official practice/tryout date. The road to the RP Funding Center in Lakeland will get underway with the first regular season competitions allowed beginning Monday, October 20^th. All post-season dates, as well as important information about the sport of competitive cheerleading can be found below.

• Region 4: Friday, January 9^th at South Fork High School
• Region 3: Saturday, January 10^th at Plant City High School
• Region 2: Friday, January 16^th at The Villages High School
• Region 1: Saturday, January 17^th at Clay High School

State Championships: January 22^nd – 23^rd
