GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) is seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join its team. These are both full-time positions located in Gainesville, FL

Job Announcement: Administrator of Eligibility & Compliance
This position plays a critical role in ensuring the fair, accurate, and consistent application of eligibility and compliance standards across member schools. The Administrator provides leadership in interpreting and enforcing FHSAA Bylaws and Policies, managing investigations and appeals, and delivering exceptional service to schools, student-athletes, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of high school athletics, excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory and compliance environments. This position offers a competitive salary of $60,000–$70,000, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on high school athletics across Florida, with a target start date in July 2026.

This position plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and communication to FHSAA member schools, student-athletes, officials, media, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate is an organized, collaborative communicator with a strong background in administrative support, digital content, and public relations. This role contributes directly to the success of FHSAA operations, championship events, and overall communications strategy. This position offers a competitive salary of $50,000–$60,000, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on high school athletics across Florida, with a target start date in late July or early August 2026.

The organization also recognizes and honors academic achievement among student-athletes at over 850 middle, junior and senior high schools statewide. Headquartered in Gainesville, it is the official governing body for interscholastic athletics in Florida.
